Jamaican Jerk Seasoning

Our Jamaican Jerk Seasoning is a versatile blend of herbs and spices that adds delicious flavor to meat and vegetables when used as a marinade. For a tasty marinade, mix 1/2 onion, 4 tsp. soy sauce, 2 tsp. olive oil, 2 tsp. vinegar, and 4 tsp. of this jerk seasoning in a blender, then use it to enhance the taste of 1 Lb. of chicken or beef overnight.
