Chinese Five Spice

This versatile seasoning has a rich heritage in Chinese cuisine and can elevate savory stir-fries, succulent meats, and even baked goods. To create a marinade for chicken, pork, duck, or seafood, simply mix a few teaspoons of this blend with hoisin sauce, honey, dark soy sauce, oyster sauce, and minced garlic, and allow it to rest for a few hours.
