Soup On-The-Go

Our Soup-On-The-Go is made with a delightful combination of lentils, rice, herbs, and spices to create a fast and delicious soup right at home. Try this suggested recipe: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a small pot over medium-high heat for one minute. Add the entire package and saute for 15 seconds. Then, add 3 to 4 cups of broth or water, add salt, bring to a boil, and stir occasionally. Let it simmer for 20 minutes and remove the bay leaf. You can also add a dash of lemon juice for an extra burst of flavor. Enjoy!
